Mr. Ammolochitis referred to the important contribution of the state for energy upgrade, through the launch of the subsidy programs for public and private buildings, but also the importance of extending these programs to big companies, which use buildings of large size and old age. He also referred to the trend of green buildings, whose “accelerator” in Greece is the increase in the cost of energy, while in Central and Western Europe, it is the different mindset, which started some years ago with gradual investments and upgrades. Finally, he mentioned the importance of measuring the performance of the energy upgrade, which is achieved through specialized software, such as Moralius.
