Founder & CEO
Dionysis Ammolochitis was born in Athens in 1976. As the Founder and CEO of Manifest Services & Manifest Security, he established the term Facility Management in the domestic business environment, which was an unknown field for the general public 16 years ago. He moved from the IT sector, having diagnosed and having studied beforehand the necessity and the importance that Facility Management plays in the proper operation and development of the corporate activity, as well as the possibilities for its development in the Greek territory.
Dionysis Ammolochitis, except from his role as the Founder & CEO of Manifest Services, he is a founding member of the Hellenic Facility Management Association (HFMA), while he is also a member of the Hellenic Association of Business Associations, CEO Clubs Greece and Friends of the Academy of Athens.
His biggest goal, though, is to empower as many people as possible to achieve their own goals. He writes articles and delivers highly effective seminars by giving his audience real and practical solutions. Ηe is a regular conference speaker, such as TEDx, encouraging the public to pursue their dreams by having a clear goal, persistence, courage and a right attitude of life.
In 2019 he founded D.AMM. – Actions for a successful business, to help all those interested in their own journey to success.

Maria Zervaki, mother of Dionysis Ammolochitis, is the honorary vice president and founding member of Manifest.
She has played a key role in the development of the company since its establishment in 2003, having assumed many different positions, from supervision to the management of the Human Resources. Her leadership skills, her interest for the employees and her dedication to the impeccable service of the clients have always made her hold a special place in the personnel and clients’ hearts.
Maria Zervaki has retired from the company’s activities, but remains in the organization chart of the company as an honor, and is always by our side, constantly offering her undivided affection to all our people, but also her experience whenever it is needed.

George Farlekas joined Manifest in 2011 as Business Development Manager. After two years of successful sales track record, he was promoted to Commercial Manager responsible for the growth of the company’s activities in Greece and Europe.
Today, as General Manager, he is responsible for leading the company’s overall operations with direct oversight of marketing, sales, HR, operations and finance.
Prior to joining Manifest, George was Account Manager at Cloudbiz (now Qivos), a marketing technology agency, leader of customer loyalty management. Previously, George spent 7 years in the Information Systems sector as Business Analyst & Project Manager by taking on large-scale IT projects for large organizations in Greece.
George holds a bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lancaster University and a Master degree in MSc Information Management from Sheffield University (UK).
His motto: “I do not care about the title of the leader. All I care about is by the amount of ability I have to determine, predict and influence the results.”
Chief Operations Officer
George A. Platsakis
George A. Platsakis joined Manifest in 2021. He holds the role of the Chief Operations Officer and he is responsible for profitable services of existing customers, which have been delivered in the right quality and at the agreed time aiming to satisfied customers based on the annual quality target, but also the development of sales to new and existing customers.
George brings extensive facility management experience from his previous career. Prior to his current posting with Manifest, he had the role of the Head of Operations Greece for Catholic Relief Services (CRS), a global humanitarian organization, providing support to refugees both inside and outside accommodation structures.
In the past, for 12 years, he has been working for the entertainment industry having served as the Director of Operations for Ster Cinemas Greece and later for the Austrian multiplex cinemas firm, Cineplexx Entertainment.
George holds a BSc in Business Management & Organizational Behavior from Deree College, GR and a MSc in Managing of Strategic Human Resources from the University of Glamorgan, UK (currently University of South Wales)

Business Development Director
Mandy Sechremeli joined Manifest in 2016 as Chief Business Development Officer. She is responsible for business growth and development of the company in Greece and Europe, promoting profitable agreements and creating demand for the services offered.
She began her career in the industry segment as Quality Controller and joined Henkel-Ecolab as Product Manager. In 2000, Mandy joined the FM industry within ISS as Sales Manager. She worked 16 years in different positions for sales, planning, solution and account management. The last five years in ISS as IFS & Property Division Director, she contributed to the development of Key Accounts customer base, the development of FM at local level and the transition of major global IFS contracts.
Mandy holds a Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering from the Polytechnic School of University of Thessaloniki.
Her motto: “The trick to get started is to stop talking and start doing.”
Chief Financial Officer
George Patergiannakis has taken the position of CFO within the Manifest Group of companies since beginning of 2018, being a key player for a healthy financial growth of Manifest Group.
In the past he was employed by PwC on Financial Due Diligence projects for various customers and industries. Since 2007 to 2017, he had joined CWT as Finance Director Egypt & Greece.
George has graduated from Athens University Of Economics & Business and holds a MSc in Investment Management from City University of London. He is also a holder of an A’ Class signature right from the Greek Accounting Registry plus ACCA IFRS Diploma holder.
Her motto: “Every wall is a door.”
Manos Chalaris joined Manifest in 2019 as HR Payroll. Following his successful presence in the Human Resources department, he was promoted to the position of HR Manager.
From this position ensures the maintenance of morale, training and improvement of competent and productive staff, as well as the adequacy of candidates for approved employees for staffing new projects.
Manos has excellent knowledge of labor law and payroll, as well as rich work experience in keeping books C ‘and B’ category, and tax issues. In the past he has worked in the Accounting Sector, as well as in the Accounting department of precarious clients in the Piraeus Port Authority. He has also been a Human Resources Supervisor for several years at City Press-Free Sunday.
Manos is a graduate of the Department of Finance and Accounting of the University of Piraeus Technological Sector.
His motto: “I am happy when I balance and balance when I am constantly evolving.”
Business Development Manager
Maria Giannika joined Manifest in 2009 as Sales Support. After 4 years of successful sales support, she was promoted to Business Development Executive, contributing to the company’s sales growth by creating a remarkable portfolio as well as supporting the customer service. Today, as Business Development Manager, she is responsible for expanding the company’s clientele with healthy partnerships.
Prior to joining Manifest, Maria worked as a Sales Supervisor at CIS S.A., a Call Center Company.
Maria holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from University of Piraeus.

Business Development Manager
Konstantinos Koutsompinas joined Manifest in 2021. From the position of Business Development Manager he is responsible for expanding the company’s clientele through profitable services.
His work experience began in 2016 in construction, working for companies such as J&P AVAX, while from 2017 he was involved in the field of maintenance and in general with the Technical Facility Services, working in companies such as TASK J&P AVAX and ALL EXPERTS, being engineering manager in various projects.
Konstantinos holds a bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from National Technical University of Athens and a Master degree in the same field, specializing in the sector of Energy Technologies. In addition, he is a certified ‘’Building Energy Inspector’’ and certified ‘’Health & Safety Engineer’’ from SEPE.

Soft Services Manager
Maria has been a member of Manifest group since 2012 and has held the position of Soft Services Manager, being responsible for the management of the company’s clientele, as well as for the organization and development of the services offered.
She has several years of experience in the sector of customer care services which has notably contributed to her promptness, loyalty and commitment. More specifically, from 2002 to 2012 she was the director of the technical department and the After Sales Service of Alta Linea importing company, while from 1998 to 2002 she had held a relevant position in Biente Cucine.
Maria has graduated from the Journalism School of the Department of Business Administration of the Open University of Patras.
Her motto: “Peaceful Power”
Security Services Manager
George Liagkas started his partnership with Manifest in 2018. From his position as Security Services Manager, he is responsible for profitable and timely security services delivered, as well as the right technical training for security personnel.
Prior to working with Manifest, he worked as an external partner in security firms, a security advisor to public entities and later a senior security chief for a multinational executive. He is specialized in VIP security and has been a personal escort to multinational CEO’s.
George holds a Risk Security Management degree, certified in the ability to inspect computer networks and prevent cyber-attacks, certified in First Aid and a graduate in Special Design of Manufacturing Furniture.
His motto: “Better safe than sorry.”
Hard Services Manager
Konstantinos Vourtsis started his partnership with Manifest in 2020. From the position of Hard Services Manager, he is responsible for profitable Hard Services, which have been delivered in the right quality and at the agreed time resulting in satisfied customers.
His goal is not only the continuous improvement and increase of services to existing and new customers, but his goal is to see the smile and deep satisfaction on their face in every phone call and in every meeting.
His work experience began in 2005 in construction, while from 2009 he was involved in the field of maintenance and in general with the Facility Service, working in companies such as Engie and ISS, as a facility maintainer and then as Supervisor & Facility Manager.
Konstantinos has studied Electrical Engineering at the Technical University of Larissa and has attended seminars, such as the “smart home” by Legrand, selection, operation, maintenance of power generating pairs by Petropoulos, and has a certificate of operation of refrigerants & refrigeration equipment.
His motto: “In our daily life, the defender lives, the attacker survives.”
Aggeliki Makou has been working in Manifest since 2015 as Chief Accountant ensuring for the right and prompt accounting and tax updating of the company’s accounting records.
She has an extensive experience in the field of accounting and internal audit. In the past, she worked in companies like SOFTEX ATHINAIKI CHARTOPOIIA SA and AVAX S.A. In her previous positions she had drawn up a number of projects regarding topics of budgeting, taxes, assets and chart of accounts. She has also a rich teaching experience in matters of Accounting and Taxes (TEI and KEK).
Aggeliki has graduated from the department of Business Administration of the University of Piraeus.
Maria Michelakou joined Manifest in 2016 as Communications Executive. Within the first five months she was promoted to Quality Department and undertook the role of Quality Controller. After two years of successful presence in the quality department, she was reassigned to Human Resources department, taking on the role of HR Manager, where she remained for two consecutive years and completed various projects. Today she has undertook the role of Compliance Manager, having the responsibility to maintain the legal and moral status of Manifest through policies and by implementation of relevant programs.
She is familiar with many issues considering Facility Management, having worked in different departments within Manifest by managing to gather experience and gain know-how in different fields. Before joining Manifest, she worked in Human Resources field by participating in Colgate – Palmolive Greece and Marks & Spencer Hellas Human Resources departments. In her working experience we can add customer service, as being a member of OTE – Cosmote group of companies for two years and housekeeping management, as being a Housekeeping Assistant Manager at Cavo Tagoo Mykonos hotel.
Maria has a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Business Administration, University of Piraeus and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Athens University of Business and Economics.
Ilias Farlekas has been working in Manifest since June 2014 as Financial Controller managing the company’s supply chain and ensuring the company’s profitability.
He has graduated from the Department of Business Administration of the University of Piraeus and he holds a Diploma in IFRS certified by ACCA.
Head of Account Management
Alexandros Chantzaras joined Manifest in 2018 as Operations Support. He was then promoted to Head of Account Management and is responsible for monitoring and ensuring the profitability of projects and control of services delivered in the right quality and at the agreed time resulting in satisfied customers.
Since young age, he worked as a seasonal employee in the tourism industry and later on in the Public Organization Dept. in Bank of Greece.
Alexandros is a graduate of University of Piraeus at Department of Economic Science.
Kleopatra Panagopoulou joined Manifest in 2018 as Quality Controller & PA to CEO. Following her successful career, she promoted to the position of Quality Manager. From this position she ensures the perfect compliance of the procedures & policies of our company, the achievement of the optimal customer satisfaction and is responsible of the Management System of Quality, Environment, Health & Safety and Business Continuity. She is also responsible for Communications & Online Media Management and CSR actions.
Prior to joining Manifest, Kleopatra was a Logistics Manager at NETPOINT SA, an IT and networks company. She has experience as a Quality Management Officer and worked at the Hellenic Organization for Standardization – ELOT, as well as in Project Management of NSRF programs at the Institute of Urban Environment & Human Resources of Panteion University.
Kleopatra is a graduate of the Department of Economic and Regional Development of Panteion University, as she completes her Postgraduate Studies in Business Administration International – Total Quality Management of the University of Piraeus.
Facility Services Manager
Vikentios Panagiotopoulos started his partnership with Manifest in 2018 as Facility Services Coordinator.
After two years of achievements, he was promoted to the position of Facility Services Manager and from this position he ensures profitable services of existing customers, which have been delivered in the agreed time resulting in satisfied customers and the growth of sales of existing customers.
He has extensive work experience in the field of strategic planning, organizational planning and in the field of broadcasting, as he worked for 8 consecutive years as a manager in a large political organization. He also has experience in the field of sales as he worked as a sales representative.
Vikentios is a graduate of Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh with a degree in Computer Science as well as a graduate of the Management Department of the American College of Athens.
Digital Media Specialist
Fotis Samaridis started the collaboration with the Manifest in 2020.The improvement of the image, the dissemination of all the services of the company as well as the social messages of the company, are his final valuable product. Prior to his collaboration with Manifest, he worked as an external partner in similar positions, managing social media companies.
Fotis is graduated from L. Stavrakou School, and with certifications from Google & Facebook
Antonis Amolochitis joined Manifest in 2016 as an Accountant Support. In 2019 he was promotted to Credit Controller. He is responsible for proper pricing at the right time, correct balance with customers & timely receipts and credit check for each customer.
Antonis has graduated from the department of Energy Technology at the Athens University of Applied Sciences.
Fanis Varellas joined Manifest team in 2020 as Sales Assistant. From this position he ensures that the tender dossiers submitted for evaluation are even and he also keeps the records of the Sales Department fully updated according to the relevant procedures.
Before his collaboration with Manifest, Fanis completed his University Internship at Eurobank Human Resources Department. From this position, he contributed not only to the development of Intranet but also to the organization of annual awards of Eurobank.
Fanis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with specialization in Business Economics and Finance.
Ioannis Palaios joined Manifest in 2019 as HR Payroll Assistant. In 2020 he was promoted to the position of HR Payroll, with a valuable end product the issuance of payroll on schedule, the perfect use of the payroll program and the ERGANI system without any overdue action, as well as keeping records in accordance with applicable labor law in order and fully updated.
In the past he has worked as an HR Recruiter at IEK ALFA and in the field of HR at the company Hellenic Fournos. Furthermore, he was an executive assistant at FC Olympiakos.
Ioannis has a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Radboud University of Nijmegen (The Netherlands) and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, at the same University. In addition, Ioannis has a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management, University of Peloponnese.
HR Payroll Assistant
Maria Chahadaki joined Manifest in 2020, as HR Trainee. After three months of successful attendance, she was promoted to HR Payroll Assistant. From this position, she is responsible for the flawless use of the payroll program and the ERGANI system without any overdue action, as well as for keeping the records in accordance with the current labor legislation in order and fully updated.
She has work experience as a receptionist of a hotel unit, as well as she carried out her two-month internship in our company.
Maria is a potential graduate of the Department of Business Administration and Management of the University of Piraeus, under the direction of Human Resources Management.
Kleoniki Chai started her collaboration with Manifest in 2018 as a Replacement Officer in various assignments and then as an Expert Cleaner. Today, as Training Expert, she aims at providing a thorough training of staff, capable of delivering the agreed services to a new or existing project, in the required quality and at a predetermined time.
Prior to working with Manifest, Kleoniki worked in the retail sector, as an insurance consultant and as a florist owner for ten consecutive years.
Kleoniki is a graduate of Technical Hich School in Economy & Administration and Tourism, as well as VTI in Shipping.
Konstantinos Sekleiziotis joined Manifest in 2018. He holds the position of HR Planner with the aim of good management of communications with staff and customers and the successful management of permanent staff replacements for impeccable customer service.
Prior to joining Manifest, he worked 3 years as HR Recruiter at a Vocational Training Centre and a Telecommunication Promotion Company.
Konstantinos holds a Bachelor degree in Statistics and Insurance Science from the University of Piraeus and a ΜBA in Tourism Management from the same University.
Ioanna Ammolochitou joined Manifest in 2018 as Payroll Assistant in the Human Resources department. Today as an HR Planner aims to manage staff and client communications well, managing staff replacements successfully to ensure excellent customer service, and keeping the timekeeping in order and records up to date.
She began her career from the position of secretarial support to a commercial company in which she remained for eight consecutive years. Along the way she worked in the retail sector, with the responsibilities of completing daily financial transactions and customer service respectively.
In the Facility Management sector, she has four years of experience in the delivery of cleaning services.
Katerina Chortaria joined Manifest team in 2020 as Office Manager. Today as an HR Planner aims to manage staff and client communications well, such as staff replacements successfully to ensure excellent customer service, and keeping the timekeeping in order and records up to date.
Prior to her partnership with Manifest, Katerina worked as a Customer Service Supervisor at Milanos Commercial and Import SA and has extensive experience in the sales department as she has worked as a Technology Product Promotions Executive.
Katerina is a graduate of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens of the Department of Political Science and Public Administration and has a certification of specialized training in Human Resources Management and Psychology.
Magda Giannaki joined Manifest team in 2020. She holds the position of Office Manager and she is responsible for the proper channeling of communication, people and things to the right people within the company. Moreover, she controls and takes care of the outgoing communication so that it exceeds our goals.
Magda has work experience as a Store Manager in the field of catering, while she is a graduate of Business Administration and Management of the University of Piraeus with a focus on Human Factor Management.
Iliana joined Manifest in 2021. She holds the position of Office Manager and she is responsible for the proper channeling of communication, people and things to the right people within the company. Moreover, she controls and takes care of the outgoing communication so that it exceeds our goals.
Prior to her collaboration with Manifest, she has worked as a Communications Officer in the field of culture, as well as in the production and coordination of major events and festivals, since 2014.
Iliana is a graduate of the Department of Theatrical Studies at EKPA and has also attended Project Management & Development seminars “Front End Web UI Frameworks & Tools” at Coursera.
Ioanna Ntakoumi joined Manifest in 2020 as Office Manager. In October 2020, she took over the position of HR Support and is responsible for supporting the Human Resources department in various areas, keeping records in accordance with the current labor law in order and fully up to date and managing the stock of personal protective equipment in order and adequacy.
Prior to her collaboration with Manifest, Ioanna worked in the field of Human Resources at BEAT, a mobility technology company and specifically at Recruitment (Talent Acquisition). She also has experience in Office Management as she has served for several years as an Office Administrator.
Ioanna is a graduate of the Department of Sociology of Panteion University and loves foreign languages.
Key Account Manager
Theodora Tsokou joined Manifest in 2020 as Operations Coordinator. In January 2021, she took over the position of Key Account Manager and she is responsible for services that have been delivered in the right quality and at the agreed time resulting in satisfied customers.
Prior to joining Manifest, she worked for 5 consecutive years on behalf of Philip Morris International as a B2B and B2C Sales Representative.
Theodora is a graduate of the Department of Business Administration of the University of Patras and holds an MSc degree in Marketing & Communications from the Athens University of Economics and Business.
Key Account Manager
Lenia Georgiadou joined Manifest in 2021 as Key Account Manager. From this position she is responsible for and she is responsible for services that have been delivered in the right quality and at the agreed time resulting in satisfied customers.
Prior to joining Manifest, she worked for MyJob Now for half a year as a Junior Account Manager and has done an internship at Philip Morris International, in the Internal Control Department through the global Inkompass internship program. In addition, she is the Co-founder of the Praktikarios.gr platform.
Lenia is a graduate of the Department of Economic and Regional Development of Panteion University and holds an MSc in Finance & Management from the University of Sunderland.
Facility Services Coordinator
Ioannis Papagiannis started his partnership with Manifest in 2018. From the position of Facility Services Coordinator he is responsible for projects delivered in the right quality and at the agreed time.
Since 2008 he has been working in Operation positions and for the last 3 years he has successfully performed the duties of director of a multil-cinema with the main goal of impeccable customer service.
Ioannis is a graduate of the Balkan Studies Department of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and holds a Master’s Degree of the Aegean University with a specialization in Human Resources Management.
Facility Services Coordinator
Eleftherios Dimos started his partnership with Manifest in 2019. From the position of Facility Services Coordinator he is responsible for projects delivered in the right quality and at the agreed time.
Prior to working with Manifest, he worked in HR-on the job training, in sales department of major Greek companies as Administrator Manager, as well as Operations Manager in the Real Estate sector.
Eleftherios is a student at the Department of Marine Management and Economics at a private college. He holds a degree in Automotive Engineering and he is certified in providing First Aid.
Facility Services Coordinator
Vassilis Tsatsarounos started his partnership with Manifest in 2019. From the position of Facility Services Coordinator he she is responsible for projects delivered in the right quality and at the agreed time.
He has a rich work experience in the field of sales, having served in wholesale, print & digital advertising / communication services, he was a VoIP Sales Manager of YUBOTO Digital Marketing and Telecommunications and joined the Facilities Service Management as a subcontractor for cleaning and materials management in large building structures in Melbourne, Australia.
He has been certified in Greece as Computer Graphics Designer and managing small and medium-sized Enterprises, has a HACCP qualification certificate from Piraeus University, holds a Diploma in Business Development for International Trade and Business Management from the Lonsdale Institute of Melbourne.
Facility Services Coordinator
Kylie Firfilioni started his partnership with Manifest in 2019. From the position of Facility Services Coordinator she is responsible for projects delivered in the right quality and at the agreed time.
She has many years of experience in the field of supervision as well as in dealing with employee safely.
Kylie has a Bachelor Degree in fine arts at Metsovio Polytechnic University in Athens and also diploma in Occupation Health and Safety from the technic tafe Plenty Training in Melbourne.
Facility Services Coordinator
Vasileios Fotopoulos started his partnership with Manifest in 2019. From the position of Facility Services Coordinator he is responsible for projects delivered in the right quality and at the agreed time.
Prior to joining Manifest, Vasileios worked in the Customer Service department of Euromat Hellas and as Manager in Deligiannis Gas Station (EKO BB).
Vasileios holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the New York College in partnership with the University Kurt Bosch, in Sion Switzerland
Facility Services Coordinator
Anastasios Borboudakis joined Manifest in 2021 as a Facility Services Coordinator and he is responsible for delivering projects in the right quality and at the agreed time.
Anastasios brings extensive experience in facility management, customer service, supply chain management and security services. Prior to his current role with Manifest, he had the role of Operations & HR Manager for Coffee Seasons, a large Food & Beverage site in Athens.
In the past he has also served as the Deposits Supervisor for Piraeus Bank and before this, he has worked as a Diplomatic Security Agent – Protective Security Specialist for the Unites States Embassy in Athens gaining special knowledge and experience in Security matters.
Anastasios holds a BSc in Business Administration with emphasis in HR Management and a Degree in Management & Organizational Behavior from the American College of Greece, Deere College.
Ware House Specialist
Anastasios Kefallonitis joined Manifest in 2017 and he is responsible for all cleaning products as well as orders for equipment and supplies.
He has worked in big companies as Ware House Responsible.
Tasos is a graduate of IEΚ OTE (Telecommunication Systems and Broadcasting Technician), he has a diploma in Spanish classical guitar and he has been distinguished in boxing with Panathinaikos team.
Vasilis Andriotis joined Manifest in 2019 as Warehouse Assistant. He is responsible of the preparation of cleaning materials orders.
Before joining Manifest, he worked in the field of tourism, as well as in a major construction company related to commercial exhibitions.
Vasilis holds a Diploma in Tourism Studies which completed in his birth place, Corfu Island.
