what is Moralius
Since 2015 we have been looking for a way to innovate. We soon realized that through technology not only we would achieve this, but also we would transform our overall operating model to what the building users needed. So, we started looking for a software in Greece and Europe, which we initially wanted to upgrade the level of control in all the services we offered. But we could not find it anywhere, as we wanted it. Therefore, we took the courageous decision to create it ourselves. We thought that “no one else can do it better than us, because we know our needs better than anyone.” Then, in 2018, we started creating a cloud application, which would become the ultimate tool for Facility Management companies.
HOW IT HELPS
Moralius was created for four main reasons:
We enable our client to register his request easily and quickly, with a voice command, as well as to attach relevant files. The user has a complete picture of the progress of his request in real time, and also has the ability to see the history. For all requests there is a timing system based on the agreed response time.
Digital work tracking
Any work to be performed on the client’s premises is at their disposal with one click on a work log. When they click on a task, they will be able to see if the crew is on its way and how long will it take them to be the client’s facilities. Also, the client will be able to see in real time any work performed on his mobile phone or computer.
Project team control
All information (contact details, evaluation, work experience, etc.) for the project team, from the Account Manager to the cleaning staff, is available to our clients and we give them the opportunity to evaluate the project team themselves. Finally, the client is able to see in real time when each person arrived at the facilities for work and when they left.
Each time the Facility Services Coordinator visits the client’s premises, he fills in an evaluation form on his mobile phone, which the client receives online. The client then can rate the Facility Services Coordinator’s rating. A low client rating automatically opens a corrective action request. Finally, 5 quality indicators occur, with which we are able to continuously upgrade the quality of our services.
