Commercial buildings are in most cases quite energy-intensive due to the very high energy needs of their electromechanical installations and equipment (air conditioning, heating, ventilation, hot water production, cogeneration, lighting), which is due either to their age and normal wear and tear, or to their poor maintenance.
The Energy Monitoring software (through moralius.com), available exclusively from our company, continuously measures the energy flows and consumption of this equipment and in this way we document and recommend either changes in the normal uses of its operation, or interventions in it, aiming to improve the energy efficiency of the building installation as a whole. In addition, through the measurement of basic consumption, it is possible to issue the necessary Sustainability Reports for our customers.
The Energy Monitoring software works in combination with special equipment that we provide and utilizes all data from already installed systems (BMS, KNX, etc.), while it is able to operate individually with its own metering systems.
Simply by using the software a 15% energy saving can be achieved through the suggested changes of use in the equipment of your installation.
