Soft Services Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a skilled Soft Services Coordinator to ensure a clean & healthy workplace for our clients’ personnel & facilities. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their day-to-day requirements. You will be able to resolve issues, to give solutions, to supervise their facility services (i.e. cleaning, pest control, green services) and achieve mutual satisfaction.

responsibilities
  • Inspection of the hygiene services in our clients’ premises
  • Managing and training cleaning staff, subcontractors, etc.
  • Managing service requests and issues raised by our clients
  • Scheduling and monitoring tasks & programs of cleaning, pest control, green services, etc.
  • Undertaking facility assessments to define cleaning schedules & programs.
requirements
  • 2-4 years experience in similar position
  • Bachelor degree
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Knowledge of PC (MS Office, Outlook, ERP/CRM)
  • Experience in customer service and/or in human resources
  • Customer-centric approach
  • Communication & organizational skills
  • Dynamic and pleasant personality with team spirit
