  1. 2003

    Dionysis Ammolochitis creates Manifest Services with his mother, in a 30 m2 office with an initial capital of 9,000 EUR.

  2. 2004

    We take over our first three big clients: Sephora, Tsantilis, ΑΤΕ Insurance.

  3. 2007

    We relocate to a new office space.
    We acquire the ISO Certifications 9001, 14001, 45001.
    We create the Hard Services Department.

  4. 2010

    We expand our services nationwide.
    We create the Security Services Department.

  5. 2013

    We create the Catering Services Department.

  6. 2015

    We win 4 awards, in the FM Awards and in the HR Awards.

  7. 2016

    Southbridge invests in Manifest.
    We co-found the 21st FM Alliance.
    We win 5 new awards in the Greek Hospitality Awards, Tourism Awards, HR Awards, HR Excellence Awards.

  8. 2017

    We transition to digital transformation (ERP-HRM-FSM).
    We increase the administrative team by 29%.
    We win 6 new FM awards and one HR Award.

  9. 2018

    We increase our turnover by 32%.
    We increase our employees by 53,5%.

  10. 2019

    We create the Hospitality Services Department.
    We increase our turnover by 26,8%.

  11. 2020

    We are the first to acquire Covid Shield Certification nationwide.
    We win 7 more FM Awards and we acquire the award as the Top FM provider of the Υear.

  12. 2021

    We obtain certification Energy Management ISO 50001.
    We increase our turnover by 24%.

  13. 2022

    We increase our turnover by 40%.
    We win 9 new FM Awards and we acquire for one more year the award as the Top FM Service Provider of the Υear.
