Tender Sales Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Tender Sales Specialist responsible for the preparation of private & public sector tenders.

responsibilities
  • Preparation of private/public sector tenders
  • Financial offers & pricing calculation of customers’ proposals
  • Preparation of technical & legal documents
  • Submitting bids through tender platforms ΕΣΗΔΗΣ/Ariba/SOURCE ONE, etc
  • Back office support to the salesforce team (CRM data, etc)
  • Reporting directly to the Business Development Director
requirements
  • At least 2 years working experience in tenders and price calculations in B2B business
  • Bachelor degree (AEI/TEI)
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Excellent PC skills (especially Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
  • Mathematical & Analytical skills
  • Well organized and good time management (working under strict deadlines)
  • Problem solver, obsessed with figures and accuracy
