JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a qualified HR Planner to manage the replacement requests of our personnel and the time schedules of our projects, as well as to select the appropriate staff for our projects.

  • Managing replacement requests
  • Managing staff annual/seek leaves
  • Managing project time schedules
  • Conducts interviews to select suitable staff
  • Carries out the initial training of the staff
  • Get in touch with a pool of >700 people
requirements
  • Experience 1-3 years in a similar position
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Organizational Skills
  • Teamwork and Method
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (especially excel)
  • Basic knowledge of Labor Legislation
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Bachelor’s degree
